In The Season Of Crushing There Is Oil Being Produced.
Everyone wants the anointing but doesn’t want to go through the crushing!
Have you ever been in a season where everything looks like its falling apart and nothing feels good? Almost feel’s like the whole world is against you and you don’t know how you ended up here? Well my friend I'm here to tell you that you may have entered into your purging season with the father and in this season old “habits” (sin) will be exposed and broken, you will find out the strongholds that have been built up into your mind, you will be able to see more clearly of Gods ways and you will find your daughtership and sonship with your Heavenly father. I believe many people do not talk about this season because this season can either make us or brake us. But this season can be the most rewarding season of our walk if you stay yielded to the Lord and his promises for your life.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
The verse that talks about God removing our heart of stone and giving us a heart of flesh is a process! This does not happen overnight. This process is going to take our YES, our obedience to the father, picking up our cross daily and most of all dying to our emotions, our ways, and our flesh. God wants to rescue us out of bondage, this is one of his promise’s to us! Jesus came to set us free and that is all part of the purging.
Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
When God is at work giving us a new heart, he will expose things you were never meant to carry; — fear, people approval, people pleasing, unforgiveness, bitterness, and how we speak. If you struggle with any of these know that God HAS to remove ALL OF IT ,TO SET YOU FREE! The world tells us it’s okay to live this way, that it’s normal and justified—but your Father in Heaven says otherwise We are to forgive because he has forgiven us, we are to be angry and not sin, we are to speak life because life and death is on our tongue, we are to please only God not man.
Romans 12:2 Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.
All these sinful actions are coming from our heart. The bible tells us what flows out of our mouth is coming from the heart. He also tells us that our hearts are deceitful. That means our heart is bad and not in good condition when we come to Christ. The good news is Jesus knew this when he died on the cross for YOU!
Matthew 15:18 But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person.
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately sick; who can understand it?
I encourage you to take a moment to embrace this season. Walk through the pains, the suffering and healing! Because there is a harvest waiting for you on the other side of the storm. During my purging season the Lord has shown me where my heart was wicked and as i surrendered those places to him, He replaced them with humility, deeper intimacy, and freedom. People-pleasing, fear, and old mindsets were broken off. He set me free in ways I didn’t even know I needed.
Matthew 16:25 If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it.
So to my sister or brother currently facing this season know that there is HOPE, there is a FUTURE, there is PURPOSE. God is doing something beautiful in you. You might not be able to see it now but you will soon SEE and FEEL THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD!
Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF YOUR TRUE LOVE WITH THE FATHER! HIS SO IN LOVE WITH US THAT HE REMOVES THE UGLY IN US AND GIVES US BEAUTY!
Isaiah 61:3 to grant to those who mourn in Zion—
to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.
