SOME SEASONS WON’T MAKE SENSE, BUT GOD ALWAYS HAS A PURPOSE. ❤️‍🔥

One thing I’ve learned on this walk with God is that HE ALWAYS COMES THROUGH, and there is ALWAYS a purpose.

Sometimes, the very thing shaking your world is setting the stage for one of the greatest blessings of your life. But when you’re walking through that season, it can feel like everything is falling apart. It can feel like the end when, in reality, God is preparing to birth something new in you.

The other day, I was seeking God and asking for His peace to cover me. As I sat in His presence, He gave me a vision.

In the vision, there was a storm. Tornadoes were swirling all around me, creating chaos, noise, and destruction. But in the EYE of the storm, there was peace. There was stillness. And my eyes were locked on the Father and the peace He was providing.

I began looking up the eye of a hurricane, and this is what I found:

“The eye is the calmest part of a hurricane. Inside the eye, winds are usually very light, the rain stops, and you can often see blue skies or stars directly overhead.”

And immediately, I thought about what God had shown me.

EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HURRICANE, GOD IS THE EYE!

The storm may be raging around you. The noise may be deafening. The threats may feel overwhelming. Familiar battles may be resurfacing, and everything around you may look uncertain.

GOD DOESN’T ALWAYS REMOVE YOU FROM THE STORM. SOMETIMES, HE TEACHES YOU HOW TO REMAIN STILL IN HIM WHILE THE STORM RAGES AROUND YOU.

I felt so strongly that this vision wasn’t just for me. I believe it is for many who are facing battles that nobody else knows about. Battles you haven’t talked about. Tears you’ve cried in private. Prayers you’ve whispered when you didn’t even have the words to explain what you were feeling.

I truly believe that many are walking through a “BE STILL AND KNOW” SEASON.

And this season may require you to fight differently.

The weapons you relied on in the last season may not be the weapons God is teaching you to use in this one.

But what if, in this season, God is teaching you to fight from a place of knowing WHO HE IS?

What if the battle isn’t won by striving harder, but by trusting deeper?

YOUR STILLNESS DOES NOT MEAN YOU’VE STOPPED FIGHTING. IT MEANS YOU’RE LEARNING TO FIGHT FROM A PLACE OF FAITH INSTEAD OF FEAR.

Sometimes, the greatest act of spiritual warfare is keeping your eyes fixed on the Father when everything around you is trying to steal your focus.

Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.”

Psalm 34:19 reminds us that “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.”

And in Deuteronomy 31:8, we are reminded that the Lord goes before us and will never leave us nor forsake us.

So, whoever this is for, I want you to know this:

THE STORM IS NOT BIGGER THAN YOUR GOD. THE CHAOS DOES NOT CANCEL HIS PROMISES. AND WHAT FEELS LIKE THE END DOES NOT MEAN GOD IS FINISHED.

You may not understand this season. You may not see how everything is going to work out. You may even feel like you’re standing in the middle of a hurricane.

But keep your eyes on the Father.

Seek His face. Trust His heart. Stand firm in His Word. And allow Him to teach you how to remain in His peace even when life around you feels anything but peaceful.

Because what looks like it’s breaking you may be the very season God uses to prepare you for what He’s birthing in you.

BE STILL. STAY POSITIONED. KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM.

The storm may be loud, but His voice is greater.

The winds may be strong, but His hand is steady.

And even when you cannot see your way through, you can trust the One who already knows the way.

**GOD IS YOUR PEACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORM. HE IS YOUR STILLNESS IN THE CHAOS. HE IS YOUR ANCHOR WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE IS MOVING.*
